Refunds: We do not accept refunds at this time, only exchanges for incorrect items. 

Returns: Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we are unable to accept returns on soaps, or other bath products, once they have been shipped.

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time, but if you receive a product that is incorrect, we will work with you to ensure you receive the correct one. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with this. 

Shipping: Any shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of Melting Suds. Once orders are placed, items will be shipped in 2-3 business days.
